We're Hiring: Service Technician II

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Service Technician II to join our growing team! This position is ideal for a skilled technician with a solid background in construction, home services, or maintenance work who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

Position: Service Technician II
Location: Charleston, SC
Type: Full-time 
Pay: Based on experience 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform service, repair, and maintenance work on residential and/or commercial properties

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to roofing, drywall, carpentry, or HVAC systems (depending on company focus)

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks

  • Communicate clearly with clients and document work performed

  • Ensure all work is performed to company standards and local codes

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in good condition

  • Follow safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in skilled trades (roofing, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, etc.)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset

  • [Optional: HVAC certification, OSHA training, or trade licenses]
